For jaggery syrup we need the following ingredients:
Keep the flame low, now we are going to add the Raw rice flour, mix it well to get the dough consistency. Cool for 5 minutes, the dough has cooled down now. We are going to shape the dough, apply oil in your hand and take small amount of dough and make shape like this. Next, we are going to steam the kozhukattai.
Take a vessel, add some water, on the top place one more vessel and arrange the kozhukattai. Close the vessel with lid. It will take 15 minutes to steam. After 15 minute its time open the lid.
