Presidents of UAE and Egypt discuss bilateral trade and investment relations

President of the UAE Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with President of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in Abu Dhabi, as reported by Sada El-Balad, a partner of TV BRICS. The talks focused on strengthening bilateral relations.
During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed long-standing ties and cooperation across multiple sectors, highlighting priority areas aligned with the development goals of both countries.

Abdel Fattah El-Sisi highly appreciated the level of coordination, consultation and cooperation between the two countries in various fields, particularly in trade and investment. The Egyptian president emphasised his country’s openness to attracting more Emirati investments.
For his part, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the president to the UAE, underlining the United Arab Emirates’ intention to elevate bilateral relations with Egypt to a broader level, including in trade and investment.
The two leaders visited the Mohamed bin Zayed University for Artificial Intelligence. President El-Sisi was briefed on the university’s structure, the content of its academic programmes, and its achievements in artificial intelligence and advanced technologies, aligned with the UAE’s sustainable development goals and strategic vision.
The visit concluded with a formal farewell at the Presidential Airport in Abu Dhabi, marking another step in the sustained political dialogue between the two countries, the source claimed.
