Russian specialists use cubsat-format satellites for space research
Cubsat-format satellites are becoming popular. Russian specialists from a specialised laboratory at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology are also conducting research with them. Cubsat satellites are compact in size - length, width and height should be 10 centimeters. It is also important that they can be mass assembled. The first two such satellites have been in Earth orbit since 2022 and will operate until 2025.
Our video is about the difficult task specialists face when assembling satellites.
