The implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in various industries reduces barriers between countries and contributes to their convergence. One example is tourism. Innovations make travel more accessible and personalised. This was stated by Tan Sri Anthony Francis Fernandes, Сhief Executive Officer at investment holding company Capital A Berhad, in an exclusive interview at the TV BRICS studio in the Roscongress International Cooperation Area at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
