Digital infrastructure is becoming a key element of the country's identity in the world

According to India's Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, a huge number of cashless payments are made every month in India, which is an important indicator of the development of e-finance and the adoption of mobile payment technologies. This is reported by ANI, a partner of TV BRICS.

"What is the meaning of the digital? One is, we all make payments through mobile phones. It has become our habit,” he added.

India's economy is also on the rise, with the country being among the top five largest economies in the world. India is predicted to have a significant impact on global economic development in the coming decades due to its structural resilience.

According to the minister, in the post-pandemic global economic recovery, India has shown one of the highest growth rates among major economies, indicating its potential and ability to adapt quickly to change.

Overall, these indicators show India's significant achievements in digitalisation, economic development and sustainability, and its growing importance in the global economy.
