Russia and China called on the world powers to adhere to the principles of openness to inclusive and mutually beneficial cooperation. The appeal formed the basis of a joint declaration signed by the leaders of the countries in May 2026. The position of Moscow and Beijing aligns with the stance of many states that advocate the formation of a fair and balanced system of international relations.
What role does BRICS play in the formation of a polycentric world? To what extent will the Grain Exchange, created by the group, help strengthen global food security?
