The 12th BRICS Youth Summit took place in the Indian state of Gujarat. For the first time in history, young students aged 15 to 17 participated in the event. Following the discussions at the meetings, the BRICS countries agreed to expand the reach of joint initiatives and more actively involve teenagers in international programmes in the areas of education, entrepreneurship and inclusive development.
How is India running a youth track during its BRICS chairship? What role does the younger generation play in shaping the group's policies and international agenda as a whole?
