Particular attention is being paid to advancing artificial intelligence technologies as part of innovation development efforts. Joint initiatives by Russia and China are helping to enhance education in this field, with the two countries launching a specialised educational programme for school students. This was stated by Timur Kornilov, Managing Director for Strategic International Partnerships, Knowledge and Technology Transfer at the Skolkovo Foundation, in an exclusive interview at the TV BRICS studio in the Roscongress International Cooperation Area at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

"We are convinced that the only way to make the information space more stable, secure and predictable is through international cooperation. No country is capable of countering cross-border ICT threats on its own. There is a need to develop common rules of the game applicable to all, which would regulate the actions of states and their companies in the digital sphere.
