Beijing conducts business dialogue forum with Ethiopia to exchange experience in livestock farming

The Ethiopian Embassy in Beijing has held an Ethiopian forum on experience sharing and business dialogue on livestock value chains. This is reported by ENA.

The forum, according to the Ethiopian Embassy in Beijing, emphasised the government's strategic initiatives to modernise the livestock value chain, increase productivity, and ensure sustainability. It also aimed to strengthen bilateral cooperation and investment in Ethiopia's thriving livestock sector.

Ambassador of Ethiopia to China Tefera Derbew invited and encouraged Chinese importers of livestock products to consider Ethiopia as a supplier of quality organic livestock products.

He also encouraged Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in Ethiopia, utilise the huge access to markets in and around Ethiopia for livestock products, and take advantage of the incentives available to investors.
