UAE opens innovative Stem Cells Research Centre to revolutionise regenerative medicine

The centre focuses on cutting-edge stem cell research, advanced therapies, and manufacturing capabilities

The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) has unveiled the nation’s first academic Stem Cells Research Centre, a transformative initiative designed to position the UAE as a global leader in regenerative medicine. This is reported by Emirates News Agency (WAM), a partner of TV BRICS.

The centre focuses on cutting-edge stem cell research, advanced therapies, and manufacturing capabilities. By fostering international collaborations and driving innovation, the centre aims to address increasing global demand for advanced medical treatments.

The experts claim that through this initiative, the UAE aims to empower a new generation of Emirati scientists with the skills to deliver cutting-edge medical solutions and strengthen the UAE's standing as a global leader in regenerative medicine.

The Stem Cells Research Centre is also dedicated to developing innovative treatments and facilitating clinical trials through robust collaborations with both local and international partners.
