Mayo Veg Sandwich

Vinusha Muturamalingam is only 10-year-old, but she is already a pastry chef at her own bakery. In the new program Vinusha will reveal the secrets of making Mayo Veg Sandwich.


  • 4 Slices – Bread (cut out the corner)
  • ½ – Cucumber
  • 1 – Zested Carrot
  • 100 gm – Zested Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp – Mayonnaise
Instead of veg mayonnaise you can use burger mayonnaise as well. You can also make veg mayonnaise at home.


Take a large mixing bowl, add the veggies one by one, first add carrot, then add cabbage then cucumber, mix it well.

Let’s add our last ingredient – mayonnaise and mix it well, our filling is ready. Next, spread it onto the bread. Add the filling to one slice of bread and cover it with another. Then toast in a toaster. If you do not have a toaster you can use a pan.

The Mayo Veg Sandwich is ready.
