Young specialists from Latin American countries study Russia’s experience in developing energy sector

Ten participants from Ecuador, Cuba, Peru, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia and Argentina are taking part in the InteRussia fellowship programme. They are learning about Russia’s fuel and energy sector and visiting specialised enterprises and government institutions.
