Alemayehu Tegenu, ambassador of Ethiopia to Russia: “Russia and Ethiopia are really good friends”.

Alemayehu Tegenu was born in 1963 in Ethiopia. In 1991 he graduated from the Tashkent Institute for Engineers of Irrigation and Mechanization of agriculture. From October 2015 to April 2018 Alemayehu Tegenu served as Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of Ethiopia. He is permanent participant in international conferences on energy issues, the development of modern technologies and water resources.
