Brazil to host Latin American Tourism Fair attracting more than 30,000 participants
The programme includes cultural events, lectures and training in various areas of tourism
The 51st edition of ABAV Expo, the largest tourism fair in Latin America, will be held from 26 to 28 September in the city of Brasilia. This is reported by Metropoles, a partner of TV BRICS.
As part of the fair, the programme includes cultural events, lectures and training in various areas. Topics such as "Inclusive and diverse tourism", "Tourism for the older generation" and others will also be discussed.
According to the fair's organising team, ABAV Expo aims to bring the latest trends and innovations in tourism through master classes, lectures and training sessions for specialists in the sector.
With the establishment of the Ministry of Tourism, in January 2003, ABAV became part of the National Tourism Council, renewing its role as a catalyst for the industry’s different market segments and niches.
