India unveils innovative system for accelerated recruiting
The service selects suitable candidates with the help of artificial intelligence
An Indian HR company has launched a new digital system for efficient recruitment, focused on optimising the hiring of mid- and senior-level professionals. The service matches 15 to 20 suitable candidates in just 5-8 working days. This is reported by ANI, a partner of TV BRICS.
The development is aimed at eliminating the main problems in the field of recruitment: protracted deadlines, an overabundance of unsuitable responses, mismatch of candidates with the stated requirements and unreliability of manual filtering.
As the agency notes, the platform offers individual selection of suitable candidates with the help of artificial intelligence. At the same time, only active and interested applicants are included in the system. For more accurate selection, employers can ask additional questions.
Since its launch, the system has already been used to close vacancies in information technology, healthcare, education, industry, retail, telecommunications and logistics. It is noted that more than 70 companies have already utilised the platform.
