Over 30 countries to gather in Russia for “Digitalisation of Industrial Russia” conference

This year, the event once again confirms its international status

In just a few days, delegates from 30 countries will gather in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, to take part in the anniversary edition of the “Digitalisation of Industrial Russia” (CIPR) conference. The event, which will be held from 2 to 8 June 2025, is supported by the TV BRICS International Media Network as an official information partner.

Among the participants are delegates from China, Cuba, India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Indonesia, Argentina, and other countries.

As part of the business agenda of CIPR-2025, both bilateral panel discussions and international sessions will take place, organised in cooperation with the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO).

Experts will discuss how to apply digital technologies in the industrial sector and in the development of global supply chains.

Co-founder and Director of CIPR, Olga Piven, noted that the conference serves as an entry point for both Russian and international companies.

“This was the goal we set for ourselves several years ago, and we are now seeing tangible results. This year, we observe tremendous interest from foreign partners and see strong potential for the development of cooperation and further integration at a global level. We will continue to expand international partnerships with countries of the Global South and BRICS,” she said.

Companies from BRICS nations and BRICS partner countries will present their innovations at the conference.

China will share its expertise in efficient data storage systems, server technologies, and high-performance computing and will showcase its developments in 5G, big data, artificial intelligence, and digital twins. It will also present integrated environmental technologies for the chemical industry.

India will demonstrate software services designed for searching and analysing patent and scientific information.

Belarus will showcase advanced products and solutions for the social and energy sectors.

Cuban companies will assist businesses with e-commerce, metrology, and aviation security solutions.

Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin, announced that Russian IT companies will present their projects to international colleagues.

“In addition, we are strengthening the educational agenda – CIPR will host the awards ceremony for the winners of the international IT Olympiad, which we organised together with the Republic of Cuba,” he said.

On 5 and 6 June, the Global Digital Forum will also be held as part of CIPR, where participants will discuss partnerships in the field of technology.

CIPR is a platform for cooperation among countries jointly shaping the digital future.
