TV BRICS to bring together media managers from BRICS+ countries at International IT Forum in Russia

TV BRICS will be an international media partner of the IT-Forum with the participation of BRICS and SCO countries, which will be held on 18-20 June 2024 in Khanty-Mansiysk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Ugra, Russia). The event will be held on the lines of Russia's chairmanship of BRICS in 2024.

Media network organises BRICS Global Media Tour as a partner of Ugra and IT-Forum. This is TV BRICS' own regular project that brings together executives and leading experts from the media industry of BRICS+ countries for practical interaction in major international and all-Russian business events.

Media managers representing the BRICS countries are expected to attend the IT Forum. A number of experts will be observing events remotely.

Foreign guests will attend and participate in the IT Forum business programme events. On 19 June 2024, with the assistance of TV BRICS, a session entitled "New Technologies in the Media Industry: Technological Development of the Industry and New Media Content" will be organised. Top managers from different countries will discuss the introduction of modern technologies into media production, including artificial intelligence, new formats of work, as well as the role of media in the development of international partnerships in science and technology.

In February 2024, TV BRICS and the government of Ugra signed a co-operation agreement aimed at increasing the region's visibility in the international arena.
