Presidents of Russia and UAE hold telephone conversation

They expressed satisfaction with the current level of strategic partnership relations between the countries

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke by phone with his Emirati counterpart Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They discussed bilateral cooperation between Moscow and Abu Dhabi, as reports the official website of the Russian President.

In particular, the sides expressed satisfaction with the achieved level of relations in trade and economic, political, and humanitarian spheres. They noted that close interaction allows for dialogue on important international issues.

In addition, Al Nahyan congratulated the Russian people on the upcoming 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The last time the presidents of Russia and the UAE communicated by phone was at the end of March. Then Putin and Al Nahyan spoke in favour of further implementation of mutually beneficial projects.
